We are thrilled to announce that the 2023 Golden Bridge Xinghuo Training has successfully concluded! This training was not just a profound and passionate educational experience; it was also a significant contribution to our Golden Bridge corporate culture. In this brief yet invaluable time, through in-depth sessions on corporate culture, departmental business introductions, and company system operations, Xinghuo trainees displayed astonishing learning and growth. They radiated a remarkable brilliance through the ignition of potential, unity, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence.

As the organizers, the Human Resources Department embarked on this journey with the mission of igniting passion and the commitment to nurturing the core of our corporate culture. A comprehensive curriculum was established. Right from the beginning of the Xinghuo Training, we emphasized the importance of team cohesion and employee belonging through in-depth presentations on corporate culture. This is a fundamental responsibility of our Human Resources Department in corporate culture development and serves as a strong support for employee growth. Through this training, we aimed to help all participants better align with our corporate culture, resonate with Golden Bridge's values, and lay a more solid foundation for the company's steady development.

As key organizers of the Xinghuo Training, we fully understood the significance of knowledge transfer. In the business introduction courses, we meticulously designed courses that covered the diverse business landscape of Golden Bridge, and we invited experienced colleagues from various departments to provide explanations. By gaining a deep understanding of the company's value chain, business knowledge, processes, and skills, participants acquired a more comprehensive and systematic business awareness. The daily post-class quizzes also helped participants assess their own learning progress, ensuring that each trainee continuously grew and flourished.

During this Xinghuo Training, we placed special emphasis on the involvement and performance of long-term trainees. The Saturday topic discussion sessions became one of the highlights of the training: participants were divided into five groups to present their perspectives and invited colleagues from the company to listen in. After the discussions, the "Perspective Star of the Week" was selected through audience voting. We encouraged participants to exhibit exceptional communication skills and insights, with the aim of identifying and nurturing future leaders for Golden Bridge and contributing to the company's continuous growth.

We valued the exchange and mutual assistance among participants. The post-class study support sessions became a bridge for Xinghuo trainees to deepen their connections. They enthusiastically asked questions, supported one another, and collectively overcame challenges. This positive and effective learning environment consistently kindled the potential of each new employee, injecting fresh energy into Golden Bridge's development.
